Wow, that's really moving along nicely, John!   That's a bunch of metal to be replacing, but it's awesome you've saved yet another one.   Plus, by the time you're finished with it all, it won't look like those panels were ever replaced.   Great workmanship as usual!

Does the Gator Guard help with noise reduction as well as the obvious sealing and water resistance qualities?

yepper, its a decent noise reducer.
and being applied top and bottom, its even better.

had to make a coupla pieces of frame rail, 1 in the back, 1 in the front  , both on the drivers side. nothing serious , but the one in the back was toast all the way to the pan. it was alotta fun to make. 



and ive been having oodles of fun removing the factory undercoating.
