im wondering what i should actually solidify first.
roof needs to go under the 1/4s, but the trunk area needs to sit over em, kinda 6 of 1 half dozen of the other

true enough,  start at the top and work down . panel bond most of the roof and move on the the trunk floor.

well, today in the franken'cuda castles secret laboratory i made the drivers a-pillar that was wasted.







then i set about repairing this ungodly mess.
thanks to my good friend dmz i had some replacement panels on hand.
thanks bro!! saved me a bunch-o-time   :2thumbs:








naturally, all shots taken are of the good view only, i wouldnt want anyone to see the real truth!

Wow John, the cuda is coming along nicely. Looks like you have a few more surprises at every turn. Looks like the roof structure pieces you bought from me may come in quite handy.
Looking at the devastation from the cancer, that carvmust have been a tub of water. Hahaha...
Nice work on the fab job on the pillar. ;)
Great progress.
Keep it up! You are definitely inspiring me to dig in.

Hey John, any tips you can offer the rest of us on metal fab...what tools you're using (brake, press, shear, etc.)  Any "practice" ideas?
