yea, by hand...
the gun was a new style, i have 3 older style, the narrower cartridges.
the supply guy let us borrow the new one, and then some assbag went and bought it.
and thanks dave, oh, im workin on your shields, ill let ya know.

fine, other than the mishap, seemed to bond well.
ill finish welding it all up tomorrow.

What brand sheetmetal are you using?  I looked thru your thread and see the AMD roof, what about the quarters (I saw a goodmark box).  Nice work.

You blow me away... Fantastic work to say the least. I wish I could see how you did the bonding agent. Sounds like a but of a PIA by hand.
Your fitment looks great from the pics. I think people might benefit from seeing some final shots of the C pillar/quarter panel/ window channel, as well as the door gaps.
Hopefully your new camera will be up to snuff.;)

trunks all cleaned out, pans lay in fine.
osho'd the whole area tonight.
tomorrow ill tune up the inner wheelhouses and install the pans.
