Did you miss the little trough to hold the jack handle in?

Please don't read my question as being picky.

I think he stated somewhere that he is not putting a spare in the trunk so no provisions for the jack were added. Great work John, you definitely have the skills to go with the tools!   :2thumbs:

John, just went back through these last two pages of phots you have posted, I have to say your fabrication is good.  I guess I have a real apprication for what your doing with this car as I have seen it in person.  Im excited to see this car when its complete.  Keep up the great work man, you inspire us all to keep at our cars and bring them back to the streets.

i so appreciate all the positive feedback on my hackjobs.

passenger side done and ready to be welded in, had to paint the insides of em both, so they will get welded in permanent like tomorrow.

i will finish undercoating that area as well.
(just wanna make sure i added that in case someone amongst you eagle eyed members noticed.)

Nice. You are closing in on the finish work.
My QP is ready to come off. - only the Quarter window bracket holds it on  :smokin:
Now, just waiting on  Dave to get another shipment  :poopoke: of quarter panels.
Then I will have some fun with the extension panel.

Nice work! Looks like you have a complete car now. Pretty soon you can breathe plastic instead of metal dust!

John - a am quite a noob and just read all 18 pages of this thread. I'm speechless.

I have nowhere near the talent or mind that you must have to take what I saw on page 1 and make it into what I saw on page 18.

Truly impressive. I don't know how much this means from a noob, but this thread proves to me that you can pretty much make something from nothing and have a real decent finished project.

Good luck in the future - can't wait to see final pics!!!
