Who with a 70 can help me with a part# question??

I need some info guys (gals too!) with the correct # on the back of the plastic piece below the radio. Goes along the bottom, then goes straight up. The correct piece is 70 ONLY! The one I have now is 2984026 - this is NOT correct. Its 71-74, it fits, but not exactly. I can across one on egag awhile back but didn't get my bid in on time. I have now come across another, but this one's # is way different than the one I missed. I'm confused enough, can anybody check??? The one I'm looking at now has 2884759............

cant really help right now biggs, but 70 chally and 70 cuda should be a different part number I think

You could be right Alan,  but I always had the impression that the 70 Chally was the standout not the 70 "cuda. I've come accross other "common" types of parts that are 70 (ChallY) only. But Ma did allot of goofy things so who really knows................    I just don't wanna buy this and be where I already am.

Yes the trim under the radio (plastic) theres a piece on each side of the sterring colum. the one on the left goes under the heater control and is kinda shaped like the letter "L" the one under (and next too) the radio is like a "L" but reversed.

 Yeh, that's the one. Mine has two scratchs and painted once.

  I can't help with a part number, but the 70 piece doesn't have a groove around the front of it.
