If you are picking one up, make sure to indulge yourself in any optional parts that you see because they may be phasing out the accessories from what some are saying. Before with the previous generation XMODS they had all sorts of body kits, tire, wheels, lights. Now I only see an all wheel drive kit, Stage 2 motor upgrade and VERY seldom a metal bearing kit. The accessories I have seen are all 1.2 price as well.
I actually picked up the bearing kit because not only will it get the speed up and prolong the battery life, but it'll take out a lot of the wheel play. When you get one of these stock out of the box, the wheels will wiggle , like it has massive fore and aft camber issues. Supposedly the bearings will get rid of a lot of the play and make the car more responsive.
With a fresh set of batteries, this car will do donuts easily on a smooth surface. The AWD kit will come with a front differential unit and tie the front and rear differential units with a metal driveshaft which will allow the car to do "drifting" but may hinder top speed.
