Yep, I think the Target in my area ia now $1.07 for the Hot Wheels.
As far as the trucks I've seen them locally on craigslist. I got my Titan new from Radio Shack when they were on cleance a couple of years ago for $20, the lowest price I have seen for a new XMOD. They had a bunch of them and only the Titan was on clearance.
Cool thing about getting these trucks used is that since they are only 1:28 scale, they really don't see much outdoor action therefore less abuse and dirt inflicted on these little RC trucks, unlike 1:10 scale RC trucks.
Secondly is that is you get them used, a lot of times they already have a lot of the hop up parts on them so you save some $$$.
