Mike, your Jeep is like a big toy, right?  :grinyes:

I picked up one of these at the World of Wheels this past weekend.  HotWheels "Toy Cars" series.

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

I found one of those in silver at my neighborhood Walgreens where they have Maistro cars for $6.99!
I was not too pleased when I took it out of the box and found one of the rear wheels and tires was missing though!
A few months later I spotted a Maistro 1:24 '70 Challenger R/T in red with white vinyl top for the same price at that store, I talked myself out of it when I thought about my 2008 with the missing tire.

I actually was in that walgreens again yesterday picking up a few things and looked at the toy section, the red R/T was gone. :(
The silver SRT was still worth the 6.99, even with the tire missing.  It is on the side not visible when the model is in the box, so I just display it in the box! ;)
I have a few different variations of the Maistro '70, a purple hardtop and a orange convertible.  They are OK, nothing special, so I can't get too excited about buying another color when I see them.
Their SRT8's are better I think, more accurately proportioned.
I have some Johnny Lightning 1:25 scales T/A's and R/T's.  Those are much more accurate and detailed looking models.  However, they are usually around twice the price of the Maistro models.
I spotted a Johnny Lightning Challenger R/T at a Walmart the other day, it was black with red stripes which was cool, however the black was sort of a flat black, which really didn't look good, so I passed on spending the $14.99 on it.

maybe its just me but im a challenger buff... i try to buy everything and anything Challenger

maybe its the fact that its such a rare car even the new ones (but blame that on the high price tag)

i would jump at those 70's challengersand if i ever regret it i could always sell them for double what i paid for ...

the only toy challenger ive seen that i didn't like was the 2nd challenger that Matchbox put out which is a charcoal color ... ive seen it so many times and i never second guess buying it ... just looks ugly

when you get a chance lets see some pics of those Maisto Challys

At Walgreens they are $6.99 each or buy 2, get 1 free if I'm not mistaken.  The selection is variable.  Sometimes all you'll see are Corvettes and Jeeps.  Some times they'll have muscle cars likethe afore mentioned '70 Challenger or 2008 Challenger.  I've picked up a Plum Crazy '70 GTX and seen a '67 or so Mustang fastback in that series.  Also have Chevelles and other cars but they sell quick.

These are some of the ones I have found locally........Our grocery chain..Food Lion even had some of the 70.....Walmart, the others....

I will have to look at Walgreens as we have a new store opened now..

Looked at Walgreens yesterday 3/21.  They had only 4 cars and none of them What I wanted.......Have to look out of town.
By the way.........the blue Challenger came from a vendor at one of our local races and the VP model came from my son from Amazon I think.  The others as stated.
