    looky look what i found ....



    i posted one of these bad boys before ... the 2nd 71 challenger of this scale that i found was at a spring fling swap here in van nuys....

    walked up to the vendor and asked for the price ... the guy said $7 ... which was a but steep so i passed. I walked around some more and i found another guy with the same challenger and he wanted $4 so i picked that puppy up. Little did i know that my younger sister had bought the $7 challenger to give to me as a gift lol. She ended up forgetting where she put it .... 2 years later (today) she found it and now i have both !!


    as for the diecast ... that dudes inspired me to finally get to work on my 2 diecasts before the next spring fling....

    i have 2 70 challengers that im going to convert into 71's ... a before resto and after  resto project ...  ill keep everyone updated

    Ive seen those shelves for sales in catalogs I get, but that one would look much better and realistic if it were the rear of the car with the go wing as the shelf.
    I use my wing as a shelf in the garage all the time... Its one of the flatest parts of the car! :bigsmile:
