Purchased in 2010 via ebay.co.uk (Bigger toy found in ebay.com )

I had mine out I think only once or twice on carpet and it spins the tires like crazy.  I was thinking of adding wide elastics, like the ones you find on bunches of broccoli at the supermarket.  Think it'll make it like
