Plastic molding clips

My Year One catalogue hasn't got here yet. I think they're sending it by foot.   Anyway, my 'Cuda is almost ready for media blasting and I need to know if you can buy new plastic clips that hold the molding on the top of the doors.  The old ones will obviously break if I remove them, but I'd prefer to take them out for a better job of media blasting, primer, paint etc as long as I can find replacements.  I haven't seen the clips on E-Bay or anywhere else so I just need to be reassured they are replaceable.  Thanks
