1973 Fuse Panel..??

...Im lookin on the fuse panel under the dash and I didnt SEE what there FUNCTIONS were..?? unless Im just that BLIND..?? meaning...what fuse is for heater,lights etc etc etc...cause Im trying to FIX my DASH LIGHTS .and I dont have any POWER goin to the BULBS...and every FUSE checked out except for the..[ TOP RIGHT }...I got nothin..

around 72 they changed from listing the function to just using #s so you need the owners manual to reference which # does what

...Thank you very much......And  I figured out that the..." DIMMER " was bad...Thats why the dash lights had NO POWER...gettin a new one tomorrow..thanks for the INFO on the Fuse panel..

A bad dimmer is a common problem.   :grinyes: Even with a working dimmer, the dashlights are often dim.

I replaced the dimmer with a toggle switch, so the dash lights get the full 12 Volts, instead of something less. People usually can't tell by looking in my car.
I got bright lights now!!    :jumping:

...One of my electrical engineer buddys came over and SAID...I could just piggie back 2 wires on the back of the dimmer to make it work..But i wont have the DIMMER FEATURE..So..?? If yah still wanna use your original switch,you can do it that way..

that is probably what I would do is just jump the dimmer switch
