More Keisler Fun - Hydraulic Clutch Component Interference Issues
« on: February 15, 2009 - 01:07:48 PM »
Did anyone else who installed the Keisler setup with the hydraulic clutch have interference issues with the clutch linkage heim joint hitting the brake switch bracket?  If so, what was the solution?  Keisler's instructions say there may be a problem, then don't give any solutions.  Gee, thanks.

I also have an interference issue between the clutch master cyliner and one of my brake lines.  I don't know if the brake line is a replacement and in the wrong spot, so this may or may not be more poor aftermarket engineering.

my guess is you need to bend or clearance the bracket to work , I think I ran into this on a 72 I did

I had the same problem with pedal but was an easy fix, can't remember what I did though. But  then my whole install was easy. Pete
