I went as a crew member on my buddies' low 10 second Mazda truck.  He missed the cut in Atlanta. He ran 10.20's all passes and they picked a 10.30 class.  He broke in Montgomery and was unable to keep running.  Had a blast both times and will go again with to Memphis this season to try again.

I'm going to watch. My cousin was gonna run his 83 mustang but its not ready, he had issues with the engine he bought from some dude at the auto shop. My car is nowhere near ready, its not even running. But it will be a blast to watch! I can't wait!

Old School, your bud has a 10 second mazda truck? What's he running in that thing?

I hate watching. Expecially if they are the boring throttle stop trans brake bracket cars. The only time I get to the track is when we run the car. I guess when you get used to watching 200+ mph cars with Lencos run from behind the starting line the others are kinda boring.
