It is narrowed with new 410 gears, and mini tubbed. I am on the fence about leaving it tubbed, I may put it back stock, that is what I prefer.  I bought it this way.  The reason I bought it was due to the fact it was the only 70 I could find in the condition it is in,  The body is great, it has new quarters, the floor pans are great as are the frame rails.  What I need to ask you guys is should I leave it tubbed or not.  If not I am going to sell the tires, wheels and rearend.  My brother is in the process of getting a 69 camaro to fix up.  It will be a competition I am sure.  Thanks  Dano

I would return it to stock if it was mine.  I'm not real big on the big a$$ tires/wheels on a street car.  If it was a race car that would be fine, but for a street car I like more of the original look.

I guess you could put the stock springs and rear back and just leave the minitubs in there.

:iagree:  Can't see you taking the wife out for a fifty to hundred mile drive with it tubbed. Original is best. :2cents:

Don't look back, I might be gaining on you.
