That sounds like AustinChallenger's 74. There were plans for a BB, then i noticed it was on ebay at one time. Not sure of the current status though.

LB,

What color yellow is that?  I'm still trying to figure out what color the Chally will be and am thinking of Lemon Twist.

Hello LB,  Sharp car.  I have a set of the fender gills for my '72.  Is there a template, or some measurements to be sure I locate them correctly?   Do you get anything w/ the stripe kit for this?   I plan to paint mine sometime this summer & would appreciate anything anyone can contribute toward this.   Tks,   Ovmf

Thanks for the kinds words guys... my dad appreciates it... that would be Lemon Twist Yellow (I know, technically not correct, but it's FY1 either way you look at it!)

OVMF... dunno about the gills or the striping kit... we got the car just after it was painted (very sh!tty job) and the strobe stripes were already applied... ::) sorry!!

DodgeFreak,

I'm looking for a yellow that has some pop to it.  If you come up with something that doesn't look like Ricer Yellow or a School Bus, lemee know.

L.B.  Let your Dad know how envious I am  ;D  Looks kewl.  BTW, how did his tranny problem turn out ?

I have attached (I hope) a before picture. This isn't my car but it looked exactly like it except for the wheels before I removed 4 layers of paint from it. It is now down to bare metal. I have taken alot of pictures but they are too large to post.   I am rackin my brains out on what color to paint it. I was going to return it to the origional butterscotch but i am now leaning to a bright burnt orange with the black vinyl top. (Prowler Orange)
