I hear yah.  But he is on his way over here with them now.  I guess he was moving things from one house to another. If I see them, I will take pictures  asap.  He said they are rough and will need cleaning up before installing...we will see

The screw mounts will have to be drilled out to mount, but looks like with a little effort, these could be made to fit without any problems

Thanks for posting the pictures up Alan.  They do look rather good, i too am interested in seeing one intalled if you do not mind please Alan.  Seems a real good idea to have them made from this kind of material. Does the plastic seem as if it would withstand a good hit and not be damaged ?

Hey Kenny,

Even if they were hit they would be easy to repair.  Unlike the rubber ones that are hard to repair.  I think they are really cool and will shape up fine.  You can see all of the original things in them but can be made perfect I think with out too much work.  May be a while before they are on my car but may take the old ones off of my car and see what they look like against it.  Going to try to get my car up here where I am so I can do some work like that soon.

Looks like you had better fix your internet and camera connection and post fitting of the scoops so we can see them then remember 's real soon please............. or i will have to send the villagers around they get real angry when they see no work getting done on the Yellow M46

A heat gun will also have to be used to conform them to the body.  Got my internet fixed for now.  Just wish it would stop raining long enough to move my stuff also.

They are a solid durable plastic. Dont think they will crack. Seem very sturdy.

Well a few things have happened.  Got a new girlfriend and spending my time with her.  Got a new job and now on the road with it.  Do not have a garage yet to leave my car for disassembly and restoration.

So get your crap together and let some people see these scoops so they can determine if they are going to get some themselves. Have you considered to maybe ship them over to Hemiken for a few weeks so he can see how they fit and post comments. I am sure he would send them back when he was done.

1st off,  I am not going to hurry about anything I am still getting parts for my car as I go like everyone else has to do and the one thing that holds me up is that I have no garage to put my car in so I can work on it!  I have thought about doing something like that then again I ordered my scoops the way I want them others may want them of another material and they can order what they want if they want them.  I can only do what I can afford to do when I do it.  No one is going to push me into anything I dont want and I am not going to do a stop gap thing just to please someone else.
