Yea I do it all the time. Fortunately I am close to the border and have a post box in Washington. Everything is shipped there. They call me and I pick it up and bring it across the border. It is a lot cheaper as you pay more to ship over the border by the company doing the shipping and then you pay again on this side when a shipping company picks it up for delivery to you. On average it adds about $40 to $50 bucks for each shipment. If you have to do the shipping this way order as many parts as you can afford and have them shipped together.

It'd be safe to say that I pay the most in shipping on this site and it ain't that bad. The most I've had to pay for shipping is $700 US for seats.
It was EXPRESS shipping so thats why it was so high, $300 for 6-10 weeks shipping but I'm prepared to pay more to get them here safe and HEAPS quicker rather than leave them sitting around some unknown docs.  ;D The seats where ta my door 4 days from time of purchase............ 8)
I also get HEAPS of Yearone parts, Tonysparts and I use to go Jimsauto but there nuts!!!!  >:( LMAO!!!  ;D

i am in northern alberta and would either cross at coutts [ south of calgary] or go through bellingham wa. i'll have to do some research on duty's etc. i should have been a little more on the ball a friend of mine just got home from texas and if nothing else my mother drives down and spends winters in yuma az. i wonder if she would like driving back with a set of 68 charger quarters and a set of 72 cuda quarters wedged in the motorhome lol. ;D

NZ I didn't realize shipping costs that much for overseas. All I can say is OUCH it must cost you twice as much to restore a car.  :'(

:-[  Yip it aint cheap. All up I've purchased around 10-15 times from Yearone each order having atleast 4 parts. Costs roughly $200 US each order the there's another $150-$250 here in New Zealand for customs chargers etc.  :(  Then there's eBaY purchases and other places like Jimsautoparts, tonysparts.......... :-[

All worth it for my Challenger!!  ;D

If you need parts and are willing to purchase from a dealer in old parts there is a company in Ontario called National Moparts. I don't have their number with me roght now. I'll post it later.
