Sorry for not updating this, I really don't have anything new to tell. I'm still waiting on the new owner to make up his mind on what he wants to do. Last I heard he was going to talk to his lawyer to see if he can sell them, or does he have to have them impounded so the original owner can still claim them. He hasnt called me in over a week.

I would say that if the new owner gets them free and clear, he's going to put some effort into selling them himself instead of giving them away, even if it means towing them out and putting them in storage.  The guy is a flipper, so he knows the value of the dollar.  It's obviously going to be a long, drawn out process between the PO and new owner (of the house), so I think the time for a great deal has passed.  I would just keep in touch with the guy and see what happens.
