My guess would be the first lot that they are the backing from a set of Scat Pack Bee decals for the rear quarter windows :2thumbs:

I used to work for JP Stevens.  Textiles was the main products but I didn't know we made Carpet for the Challengers.....................and Cudas

After looking at the last lot of tags pictured, i am guessing your T/A is a Green exterior and Green interior Challenger.  It does make sence that the last two tags are that off the actual carpets. .. ... ....

Definitely window bee backers and carpet tags. I recently found a similar tag on my 73 Challenger.
