Does this look correct for a space saver for my T/A , i have barrys disc on the low milage t/A and it has a extra hole around the 5 stud pattern and mine does not ? not sure what it was for either , markings are hard to read sorry , thanks , allen

That is not correct for any 1970 E-Body, I have no clue what it is for.

For a T/A you want a F78 X 14".
