looking for a good 440 crank, can be used and unmachined, just need one that is good. hmmmmm, can anyone see where my posts are going?  :bigsmile:

cast or forged? What kind of price range you looking at?

price range is cheap. but i am looking for the better of the two, something from 68-71 i think were the good years

i think I heard the best forged cranks were the 71-72, although any forged crank will be good.

440 source has a couple used ones that have some issues, but i think they are all fixable, one says sloppy balancing job, another says Some porosity & roughness visible in counterweights (from Chrysler)

both say $50, but im not sure if they are worth it or not

I would have to get a shipping quote from here to your address for what 100 lb , I doubt the Post office would be willing to deal with it

I know the both Fed Ex and UPS weight limit for regular ground is 150 lbs, the post office may be the same.
