With a 17 percent improvement in February sales, the Jeep Wrangler became the best-selling traditional, body-on-frame SUV, surpassing the competition from Ford and General Motors. The Wrangler was also one of the best-sellers in the entire Crossover/SUV segment.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee also outsold the combined totals of the Ford Explorer and Expedition as well as the Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet TrailBlazer, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL.
