Stupid question of the day
« on: March 04, 2009 - 09:56:40 PM »
How do you get the shock absorber bushings out of the shock towers?   :banghead:  I removed the metal sleeve in the middle.  Now what.   :clueless:  Equally important.  How do you get the new ones back in?

Thanks

Brad

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

To get them out, I have used a socket, that is slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the bushing and a hammer.  As Chryco said, use some silicone spray, as it makes it easier.
