Okay... I had plans to finish this car, but another car that I have been interested in purchasing has become available. I can't afford both, so I need to sell this quick. If the other car sells, so does my immediate interest in selling the Cuda.
Really too much too list, but I'll give the overview.
Body work is complete with all rust removed. I have front and rear valances for it and an AAR hood.
It is set-up for a 70 Cuda grille, which I have. If you want to go with a 72 grille instead, I have a header panel, but no grille. (see update below)Subframes are tied with welded-in connectors. Radiator support is reinforced across the bottom and it as a six point cage with drop down door bars. Work was performed by a professional racecar fabricator and done RIGHT. This sucker is STIFF.
The car started as a 340 auto column shift, but it is currently set up for a four speed. Hump, pedals and Z-bar bracket are installed.
Front suspension is all powder coated. Pretty much a stock set-up, but with offset bushings so it can be lowered.
Rear suspension is stock HD leaf springs, moved inboard for tire clearance. Axle is a back-braced 8 3/4 with 4.10 gears and a powerlok. Axle housing is powder coated.
Brakes are 13" front with PBR/Cobra calipers. Rears are 11" w/ Ford calipers. This is a Dr Diff kit. Stainless steel brake lines are installed. Braided hoses are includes as are master cylinder, distribution block and adjustable proportioning valve. Need an e-brake cable, but that's it in that department.
Wheels are 18" Foose Montereys with BFG rubber. 245-40-18 front and 285-40-18 rear.
I have an iron head 440 for the car. Everything is machined and balanced, ready for assembly. Just need a cam kit and a few other odds and ends to complete the package. I'll finish building it on request. Call for specifics.
I also have an Afco aluminum radiator with electric fan and shroud
I have a rebuilt 23 spline 4 speed with clutch linkage and shift linkage. Still needs flywheel, bellhousing and clutch. (see update below)Interior is custom upholstered leather. Front buckets come out of a late model car (not sure what). Rear is a stock bench upholstered to match. Dash has autometer gauges. I have everything needed to finish the interior,
except arm rest pads (repops available). I'm in the process of painting the side side panels. Alpine sound system with four speakers is installed, but still needs an amp.
(see update below)There is over 28 grand invested just in parts, and that's a conservative estimate. There are hundreds of labor hours on top of that.
I'll let it all go for
$24K OBRO. (see update below)Car is located in Evansville, IN
