parting out 1974 challenger

Thi is kinda hard to explain. On the front inner fenders (each side) there is a reinforced section that the front shocks bolt to. There is a brace that is welded to this section. I am looking for the passenger side brace (mine is missing). It would have to have the spot welds drilled or cut off to remove it. Let me know if you have it and would be willing to seel it!! could you send me a picture of the one side that you do have, I believe i know what you are talking about but i want to be 100% sure. does the brace run from the shock mounting area to the outter side of the firewall?

I'll see if I can get a pic. The brace attaches to a longitudinal support that runs front to back. I'm pretty sure it's one piece. Mine was just broken as the brace was missing.

OK,
I got some pictures of the support bracket that I am missing and looking for. The first three pictures are of the driver's side WITH the bracket in place as it is supposed to be. The following two pics are the passenger side with the support bracket missing. For reference, you can see the top of the shock absorbers in each picture just below the bracket (or where it's supposed to be). I need the passenger side bracket, I don't think they can be interchanged. It would have to be cut off as it is spot welded on. If you have one, let me know what you want for it. my car is also a '74 Challenger. Thanks!!

Geez Matt, I just spent a really long time looking for pictures of that brace to send to him because I was going to ask him to cut that off for you, but since you already asked him I'll just see if he can ship it with my stuff, that way you dont have to pay shipping.

Im sure that i do have it I will just have to make sure that it is good. The price will depend on how long it takes me to cut the thing off, but since the fenders are off of the car it shouldnt take very long. I wonder why yours is missing?? Why would someone just remove it and not put a new one back on LOL. It will try to cut it up someday this week, weather permiting, and let everyone know about their parts.

Do you have any inner roof support parts? The inner"frame work" that supports the drip rails and roof skin? Basically the unibody structure above the door opening under the skin? Drivers and passenger sides including the front corners from the 1/4 windows to the front A pillar. I can resize some pics and post if needed.

74chall     it didnt have a console, i do have some console brackets out of a 71 rt automatic if they are the same, i probably have all the linkage but it is for a 3 speed transmission, not a 4 speed.

572b1cuda   I am saving the clutch pedals because one day i plan on converting my car to a 4 speed.

MoparCar    the windshiled channel has been sold to 71challengerSE im not sure how good the rest of the inner support pieces would be, I can check if you want me to but i cannot sell you the a pillars

If its a manual steering car i might be interested in the shaft from the box up into the column,of all the dumb things to misplace i cant find mine. ive got a 73 cuda, unless someone says there different.

I would not need the pillars, only the structural inner support if they are good. Front to back both sides and maybe the corner stuctural pieces.
