8.75 Paint Markings

Last night I was cleaning 40 years of junk off the rear end of my 70 Challenger and uncovered a few paint markings on it. I have no idea if they mean anything, but I thought they were interesting and took a couple of pics. Any comments on what they might mean?

Those kind of markings were common, but I have no clue about any meaning. Maybe factory workers having some fun?

Here's mine with a mushroom. On my rear that I'm putting in from a 68-B-body. I was going to put them back on it.

kind of makes you wonder what those guys were doing on the assembly line back then...

The one in the circle is the body style, the one under the flange on the center section is the assembly date of the center. the one on the tube is the assembly date of the whole rear axle. The "A" I think is the line it was produced on (not 100%on that). the dab markings are various tightening and fill markings. The under side of the pinion large stripes are gear and suregrip identifiers markings. The one on the right tube out by the u bolts is the part number for the rear axle assembly.
