I had my doors, hood, deck lid, fenders, quarter panel and K-Member stripped and e-coated at a place by Metro Airport in Michigan. The hood has a lot of dents in it now, that I think was cause because they stacked other parts on it when they put it in the tank. They also dropped one of my NOS fenders on the corner and bent it, so I would say they are not very careful with the parts. One thing though, when they strip it all the body caulk between the panels will be gone and you will have to replace it. I also had the hood hinges done and since the bake the parts first, it took the temper out of the springs. I had the shell sand blasted part because the cost would have been too much, and part because their tank was not big enough.
