We are not trying to scare you away from this car.  It is a worthy car of being restored.  Not to mention it has a buildsheet, fender tag, and vin tag.  As well as another car to cut up some pieces  from.
The only problem is that it is in Minnesota.  The price isn't terrible for two cars anyway.  Even if there is alot of rust on the car. 
Are you not ready for a full on restoration?

Do you know the guy who has it for sale?

Patience is a virtue when you look to buy an old E-body car. Save your money and have it at the right time and you'll save yourself a ton of grief in the long run.

No I've restored several cars, and I'm actually restoring my 68 Mustang right now as well as 2 other 65 and 66 Mustangs. I have the money for the barracudas, but nowhere to put them. I can  usually pull a rabbit out of the hat if I need to, but there to far away, and I read the topic, and the guy sounds like a nut, but I might have just came in at the wrong time. I also don't understand why he can't get the titles unless he has at least 8 weeks. I've also called the guy today, and never got a reply. So.... I'll try and look elsewhere I guess, plus I trust that ya'll will have my back and shoot me if I make a bad buy lol

Those cars are way more than I would ever tackle. Didn't pay much more than that for mine and I drove it home. I looked at some real rust buckets before I bought it though.
