    Now, this is the best reason I can find for strict gun control!!!!!!!

    Lets see if I have this right...I run my business into the ground while collecting a huge salary, then I beg the taxpayer to bail be out, then I give myself and my cronies huge performance bonuses!!!   

    Yup, it is the American way - work hard, bend over, take it up the .......... we gotta do something!!

    Nothing is "too big to fail".  They should never have given them a penny for a bailout.

    They should all be thrown in jail for this. 165bil of 170 to be paid in bonuses? GWB should have never let this happen. Let them all fail, it will be good for the economy in the long run.

     :iagree: All of these bailouts are nonsense. If AIG were to fail somebody would step up and buy them out, it's called free market capitalism. Survival of the fittest. We need to stop reward bad and stupid behavior.

    I didnt even have to read the article, I just read between the lines of you guys replies. I cannot believe a company that was run into the ground used almost all of the bailout money given it as payment for bonuses? This whole bailout business is just another way for big business to screw us over yet again. This time with the help of our government. And people wonder why some say there is a new revolution brewing. I hope each and every one of the people who take bailout money when they have no right to it get run over by a train.......really.
