Playing with some more models!!! New pics 3/19
« on: March 18, 2009 - 06:17:42 PM »
Well the weather has not been cooperating here in Idaho to go out to the garage and play so I have been back at my model bench. I am building some non mopars to add to my car lot but I will post some pics anyway. To keep it legit I did add one little mopar piece.   ;D    I was trying a new weathering tech. with the willy and being bored one rainy day tried setting up a little scene.  I was going to call it dragging home a new project (or from the wife---AH CRAP!  not another project ).  Here's a few pictures. I am just finnishing up my chevy gasser and will add that a little later.  Doug

A fellow mopar buddy of mine built a real one like the 6th picture and it was real cool.  I got to build the trans and the rear axle for him to help him out.   :2thumbs:  Good job on your models.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

Thanks all.  The 64 Chevy PU is like the one I drove for 21 years. Just that ugly towards the end.   :eek7:  My next favorite cars (beside mopars) are the 55-56 chevy. I would love to have either one.  I still have a little touch up to do and add a few more decals to the window ect. (STP)  A guy on a modeling forum sent me this figure for my Bent autobody shop. He specializes in painting them so I have him doing some for my car lot office. I will post some pictures of that when I get it done. Thanks for looking.   DW.
