First day of Spring
« on: March 21, 2009 - 02:57:17 PM »
Just thought I would share some photo's I took yesterday at a local park by my house. This is my favorite time of year here. All the Azalea and Camillia's are in bloom. Of course we have one inch of yellow-green dust all over every thing but it will be gone in another 2 weeks.
Hope you enjoy.

Very nice!  We don't have any flowers here in NY yet, but they will come very soon!  I can't wait to see some color around here!

No, I didn't get any, but some towns just 20 minutes from where I am did.  I am very thankful that it missed us!

Beautiful pics! Spring is a rough time of year for me because of seasonal allergies. Spring just tears me up and then I am usually pretty good until the last bloom in late summer.

They said we were going to, didnt see any. I hope it ends, my challenger should be getting plates soon. Wouldn't want anything keeping her parked.

Another 6 weeks or so before we see flowers here.  :walkaway:

I could get some plastic ones & stick them in the snow.......

Barry,
Beautiful house. The snow reminds me of living back in PA.

So much for Spring.  I was out riding my Harley on Friday in 70 degree weather.  It just started snowing again a few minutes ago.  :pullinghair:

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.
