holy moly, i remember the day my oldest got his drivers permit like it was yesterday...   :faint:

i took about a 5 minute drive with him, and had to get out. mom took over, and she even bailed. drivers school for the boy.

way to go eric, and best of luck.
just remember to watch out for the other guy.

and please do us all this favor, if you see mom or dad approaching in another vehicle, or next to you, please wave and say hi. that way they know you know whats going on around you.

sorry, just had to add that, my boy is just getting that, and hes 23!!!
his record is impeccable, and so's his car, i just wonder sometimes.

Happy BIRTHDAY ERIC..............  Dont worry about dad going broke.   I myself would really love to see you get the car you really want.  If I can help in any way, you just shout out.  I will be there where I can for you.

Dear dad, be ready for the insurance wallet ouch syndrome
