Nice!!
I agree about the wheelspin. I can almost test the traction limits with my automatic stocker.
And you dont need wings or other stuff poking out. That would look tacky, but....Have you seen this hood?
Would look awesome on the BATRAM! :droolingbounce:

Sure have, I've seen that hood from the early stages, actually, prior to the prototype etc on the VTCOA forum. I don't like it. Looks OK from the front but any other angle (especially side on) and it's screams "HEY LOOK AT ME!" and isn't very subtle at all. The stock hood is sweet, nice height and blends itself in nicely. The aftermarket hood is too square looking, not curved in every angle like the OEM hood. That's my opinion anyhow, many happy customers with this new one.

Mine is also an automatic (Racing spec Carl Rossler custom built 4L80E), the thing kicks ass. Regular cabs with autos are where' it's at, you will be seeing more do the conversion. I know of 2? doing them right now. Light weight, good transfer and constant with better launches, no bog, no hop that even the best drivers get with a RC + T56. It's saying something when a quad cab with an auto is the fastest truck in the SRT10 line up! I did a few runs power shifting and even then I picked up a good 0.10-0.40 seconds on my 0-100kph runs, maybe more? The take offs are sweet.

You must be what, about a 10 hour time difference from me. Good night!

I'm just about to go out for lunch. I figured out once the exact opposite side from me of this big ball we're on is about 600 miles off the west coast of Australia. I do funny things like that.

16 hours difference, its winter there, and I think the water swirls down the drain in the opposite direction.
But the tires still spin the same way!!

I liked your "Batram" so much I posted a link on Rumblebee.org about it.   One member thought the hood was see-threw ( for real ) but he was corrected by a fellow member.  On that forum we're always taking jabs about what color is fastest ( Rumble Bee's were yellow or black ) and the majority of members have yellow bee's but we all know black is the fastest color on the planet!!

You did a great job!

Thanks mate, lol, I agree. Same goes on the VTCOA forum. Black is the fastest lol, silver comes second and red somewhere in 3rd hahaha. All just friendly banter of course but I definitely know where you're coming from. Thanks for posting it on the site. I like reading justifiable and thoughtful opinions on my vehicles, as I say, I'm not arrogant enough to think everyone loves my cars so positive and negative opinions are welcomed! No heart on these sleeves. :grinno: BTW, just checked out the forum, you say I'm in Australia, I'm located in New Zealand lol. :D

Cool video Carl. That exhaust has bassy rumble to it for sure   :2thumbs:

Thanks mate. :drunk: Some of these Viper trucks come off sounding a little too tinny IMO which is due to the V10 and exhaust itself. I did a lot of home work on the matter and thanks to the help of some of the lads on the VTCOA, I purchased the Billy Boat system; long tubes, catless mids and 3-1/2" exhaust. Deepest exhaust for these trucks, you pay for it though but well worth it. Next is the NA build, then it's scheduled for a few cover shoots and a segment on a national Hot Rod TV show. Here are few of the latest photos, good times indeed!! :grinyes:
