new guy from northern arkansas
« on: March 23, 2009 - 11:22:29 AM »
I am a senior in high school and have been working on my 70 challenger for 4 years now. It has a 440 magnum with an automatic transmission and 3:23 gears. Has headers, 3 inch exhaust, flowmaster mufflers, mopar performance air cleaner, holly 600 cfm electric choke double pumper carburator, other then that it is stock.

Beautiful ride! I am always glad to see the young guns stepping up and falling in love with these cars just like we did. Daily driver? Weekend warrior?

I just got it to where I could  drive it a few weeks ago, so I have just been driving it on nice days. I have a  black 66 f-100 that is my daily driver. I have loved old dodges since I was about ten years old. For Christmas 4 years ago my parents got me this car and it was nothing but a rusty body. My dad restored cars for a living and we have been working on it for the last 4 years.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.
