Rather than start another photo thread, here are my MATS 2009 pics:

First, some of the customs, one-offs and other specialty vehicles.

The Mr. Norms display:

Some closeups of the Hurst Hemi Under Glass.  I don't know why I didn't take a shot of the whole car, but there have to be 1000 images available online.

One of the Vanishing Point Challengers with care and handling instructions:

A one-off custom of a...what?  Super Bee?

The Foose Cuda.  That's Chip Foose with his back to the camera.  My son was upset because we didn't stop to meet him.  :hyper:

Here's the Dark Runner.

Moving forward from old to new - pre 1960's first:

I love this slant six powered rod.

This blown 392 Hemi rod is undoubtably a handful at full boost.

Another early-Hemi powered hot rod.

I always forget how big the Airflow was until I see one in person.

Speaking of fast...Yeah - it's got a Hemi.

From the judging tent:

Another shot of the '58 300D that Chrycho likes:

A-bodies:

1st generation Barracuda

An old Dart 170 wagon.

A Valiant wagon with a 3.9 liter Magnum V6 transplant.

2nd gen Barracuda drag car

and the sanitary engine compartment of another.  Not sure why I didn't shoot the car.  :clueless:

Some later Darts...

including the giveaway car.  My son is still cranky that we didn't win it.

Another Valiant:

And some of the Hemi Super Stock cars:

B-bodies

I saw this Gasser re-creation at the Del Mar Good Guys show last spring.  It's very nicely done - they drove to San Diego from Phoenix, so I'm supposing they drove up to Vegas too.

The female owner of this ModTop car can be seen in the right side of the shot; the pattern on her blouse closely matches the vinyl on the roof.

This four-door was the only MATS car we saw on the way to Vegas on Friday, which was very surprising.

Another fun wagon:

Sorry, but E-bodies and others will have to wait until tomorrow night.

As promised, here's the rest of my pics.

E-bodies

Hemi Cuda convertible.  I don't know if it's matching numbers or a re-creation.

I bet we've all felt like this little guy at one time or another.  :faint:  :smilielol:

This is more like what mine will look like if I ever finish it.

Most of my photos were taken fairly early in the morning on Saturday when a lot of cars were still rolling in.

Here's the last set - odds and ends.

Couple of big C-bodies.  The 300K next to the Monaco wagon is the one with the cross-ram wedge.  I wish I'd gotten a full-shot of that car.  :banghead:

The first of two Bluesmobiles that showed up.  You can see the other one in the background behind the orange hot rod in the  second set I posted last night:

Here's a sweet D100 Sweptside:

This chopped A100 was for sale, but parked in the fun field, not the For Sale car corral.  The owner had just driven it to Las Vegas from Redding, a distance of about 700 miles.

This good-looking '69 Sweptside was also for sale - if anyone wants it.  Barry, I know you want a '70, but this is a sweet deal...

Something for the kids:

A couple of other cars available in the For Sale corral:

And last, but not least, a row of Mopars we saw in the parking lot on our way back to the truck.  Something for everyone in that lineup.  Hey, Jeff - is that your yellow Bee?

I had a great time and I'm already looking forward to next year's show.   :jumping:

Here's some photos of the ShowYourAuto.com booth at Mopars at the Strip, including a 1970 Hemi Challenger, Shakerhood, 4spd- a real plum crazy car. The first production 2009 Super Challenger, sold by use and delivered to the show, an original 1969 Daytona sold new at Grand Spaulding Dodge, and a 1970 440 SIX PACK Cuda. Enjoy!

Hey, Jeff - is that your yellow Bee?

Yep.  You can tell from the hood decal.  I changed it from the stock stripe to the '71 style Bee-In-A-Circle.
