Newbie ?
« on: March 24, 2009 - 09:46:21 PM »
I am still looking for a 1967-1969 notchback, but have stumbled across quite a few fastbacks, mostly junk with some good parts.  My question is what parts transfer from a notch to a fastback.  And also what parts in general are just hard to find or expensive.  Maybe I'll Johnny Cash "One Piece at a Time" my car to life.  Thanks for your help.

I like to look locally on craigslist.org .  :2cents:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

I do search craigslist, but since I live in Montana it's a "local" 6 state search.  The blue one posted on here is nice, but out of my price range.  I'm being picky, cheap and not a rust bucket.

Welcome to the site. Notchback huh? It seems strange, when I am looking for notchbacks all i see are fastbacks and when looking for fastbacks all I see are notches. :dunno:  There is a really nice notch here in Cheyenne, but I know the guy would never part with it. Good luck with the search.
