Whats the best/easiest way to remove the pivot shaft from the lower control arm on a 72 challenger to replace the bushings ?   :clueless:

Thanks

Heat the rubber center area with a torch for about 10 minutes. Then use a large punch from the hex end to push the shaft out. The metal bushing shells then need to be removed from the LCA and the pivot shaft. FFI said an air chistle works well but never tried that.

I cheated and went with a poly replacement. :misbehaving:
