Well Neil I talked to our plant manager just second ago. I keep in touch with him because he is heading up the apprencticeship program I am in. Anyways, he pretty much mirrored what you have been saying. His case was made easier because he was transferring inside what used to be our company, IMC. He has a degree and a family which he said made things easier. He says pretty much what you already know, unless you are transferring from one position to another inside a company or have a technical degree its gonna be a hard thing. He did raise one possibility that I had not thought and maybe you either, he asked if you had any family in the States. If so it might create an opportunity that way. Sorry I did not get much good news but I tried.
