Mopar Nationals 2009
« on: March 27, 2009 - 02:37:04 PM »
I was wondering who was going this year and if anyone has info on golf cart rental at the track.  I would like to reserve one early this year but can't seem to come up with the contact information.  All help is appreciated!   :grinyes:

The company with the golf carts at the track is called the Golf Car company. There toll free number from my receipt I kept from last year is 1-800-589-8833. They are based out of Plain City, Ohio. I rented a cart last year for 2 days for $144.00 with tax and have rented a golf cart from them for the last 3 years. I'm renting one again this year as it is just to hard to cover all the ground at the track on foot.

Thats what I'm talkin' bout!  I knew someone would have the answer!!  Thanks!    I have never rented a cart until last year on Saturday as my other half was getting cranky about all the walking.  She had alot more fun with the golf cart and said it is a must this year.   Thanks again for the info!

SWEET!  All done!  If your going, I'll be the only person NOT running people over with their golf cart!

It depends on my next assignment - if I get the Indiana job I'll be there.  If I get the North Carolina job, probably not.

I'll be there.

I agree with Ted! Golf carts are good for people that are disabled.Everyone else should walk.  I have almost gotten run over by golf carts several times. They stop and park right in front of people's stuff in the swap. They are just a PIA!

I agree for sure that the carts are dangerous as I actually got hit and knocked down on the pavement.  Had road rash on face for almost 2 weeks.   :screwy:
