brake proportioning valve

Anybody knows who rebuilds and  restores brake proportioning valve. Jules used to do it but I have read that he no longer takes on that project.

I know in-line sells new ones.  I was looking at mine, at thought it was going to be too much work to restore it.

It might be better to just get the new brake proportioning valve. Now I just need to figure out what I need for power disc and rear drums.
