Got the SPEC clutch installed and your right about the pedal pushing easy, feels like a toyota Corolla or something.  So far it feels like it holds better but I am not going to beat on it for a few hundred miles or so.

Did you take out your over-center spring?  Some of those clutches will stay down if you dont.  You'll also have to put a lighter spring in there to keep your pedal up and off of the throwout bearing, when not depressed.

Left it in for now, it pulls back most of the time.  We will see what it does as I put a few miles on it.  Thanks for the info!

"most of the time"  isn't "everytime"    Good luck with that.  You better pull it soon.

this is why I hate diaphragms , I have seen them stay on the floor while shifting even with the spring out ... none for me thanks
