Unexcusable offense.
« on: March 29, 2009 - 09:00:00 AM »
I am holding everyone who was 17 - 32 in the 80's personally responsible for this.

Now, I'm watching ZZ Top's Gimme All Your Lovin' on VH1 Classics. Ahhh, redemption.

George Lucas made tons of money on that concept and people think he is a genius.  :dunno:

Doesn't the "woman" at 1:56 look like Steven Tyler in drag?  :eek4:

You should really put a warning in the title of this post.  I made it though about 15 seconds and that was all I could handle . . . just about when someone broke into song.   :eek7:  :eek7:  :sly:  :eek7:  :eek7:

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Wow. A friend of mine showed me a vid of Bobby Brown the other day. I'm so glad I was only a kid in the 80's. I was born in 81, but I guess the early 90s weren't much better.

Wow, I dont ever remember seeing that video. I liked Billy Ocean though, he had a few good songs. Someone took a long acid trip when they put that storyboard together lol.

That's a pretty good tune though.  Especially compared to a lot of other crap out that year.  Not the most original video concept.

Ill take Billy Ocean over Flock Of Seagulls or Kajagoogoo anyday of the week lol. Lest anyone start hating on the 80's I will remind or enlighten them. We had the real Mtv where they played real music all day, all night. We had good rocknroll. Our chicks wore Levi's that actually flattered a womans shape, not mashed and flattened it out like the new hip hugger crap does. We had our pick of live shows coming to a town near you that people now can only dream about. We had the real Coca-Cola, not that crap they pass off as classic coke now. If none of those reasons flip your lid well listen to this one. We had tons of classic Mopars sitting on streets and in back yards everywhere. The choice seemed unlimited and most of them ran. Best of all almost all of them could be had for less than 1k   :woo:
