    Ok, it has been made clear to me that I have to remove the vinyl top on my challenger so that I can take it to get the damage appraised. So I need to start pulling off the top. Trouble is I don't know quite how to remove the trim around the windows. I could just jump in like a bull in a china shop but thought I would ask for tips before messing up the nearly perfect trim on it now.  :eek4:
        Any instruction or tips would be great!!

    I'm in the same boat...gotta remove the vinyl roof.  My trim is perfect now and I really would like to salvage it. How do I remove it without damaging it?   ???

     Anybody out there with the answer?..........please?

    You need to find the clips and this tool gently prys the clip out away from the moulding so it pops off.Keep going around and find all the clips and it comes right off.All this assuming there is not gobs of sealer on everything from a botched leak fix.  :eek4:

    when I removed the trim from my Dart GTS, I found patience is the most valuable tool. Take your time!!  :thumbsup:

    Don't forget to protect the glass from scratches, try a new rubber floor mat to rest on the glass when working.
