1973 Plymouth Scat-o-Lite update
« on: April 01, 2009 - 02:25:07 PM »
Hey y'all!!  It's been a while, I figured I'd give you an update.   ;D

It runs, it drives, and it's ugly!!   ;)

Still fixing the little things one at a time, but I'm driving it semi-daily, when I don't feel like driving the Challenger!

Not looking for a resto job, just a fun beater.  I'm looking to loose the SUPER 70's interior and get decent rolling stock on it.  Aiming for a Mad Max Interceptor meets vintage 70's NASCAR vibe, with maybe a little Deathproof thrown in for spice.   ;)

You may remember me buying this car from this thread:

:2thumbs: That can make a nice street car. I saw one Tuesday, guess who was driving it. ?  A lil ole lady with that blue tinted white hair  :roflsmiley: It was that brown/bronze color with a brown paisley vinyl roof. The car looked super clean, but when she made a right turn the rear quarter looked like a crinkled soda can, she probably ran a stop light a lil too slow.  :smilielol:

Yeah, Like I said I'll slowly fix it.  This will be one of those "as I find parts at junkyards and swap meets I'll fix and upgrade it" cars.  I'm just glad its a driver now!!
