Its a shame those cars arent fotsale, 67-68 fastback mustangs are geting pretty hard to find, my dad sold a 68 fastback that needed a new roof, front clip, quarters, and pans for $1000, those 2 others are easily worth 2-3 thousand each. Someone needs to rescue the cars that are forsale.

That factory fog light set up in the front of that yellow fastback is very rare. My dad had a set on his 67 fastback that he bought NOS in the early 80's and it cost him almost 300 for both sides. Well it is good that you managed to rescue a challenger, mabey if he sold you a car, someday he will feel like selling some other people some cars too.   Just hate it when people arent even going to do anything with them and they just let them rot into the ground  :villagers: :villagers: :villagers:

Here are some pictures I took at a junkyard. This place is insane, Ive been twice now and I still haven't seen the whole yard. His prices are outrageous though. Im planning another trip up there soon. Sorry there are a lot of pictures.

71challenger,  That is one sadening junk yard.
All those cars and only one challenger body?
I saw lots of parts for cuda's and chally's but not many bodies.
All those grills and parts would just drive me nuts. I would try
to work some kind of deal to get those and hang them on a wall.
Unbfortunately, there is a lot of wasting going on there.
Thanks for the pics, all 457 of them.
Looks like a grown up playground!

I was able to work a deal on a '70 Challenger grille because I wanted to save it, only to find a second one on the next trip up there ughhhh I guess I'll need to save that one too. I really want to get that '69 Charger grill and hang it on my wall :poopoke:

It's like a sea of leaves!!! There's a picture of a bus with a white Mustang on the roof...the front is half buried in leaves :faint: That poor 1st Gen. Charger...that thing got punched hard, same for the red Dart! Who the hell in their mind would cut a '71-'72 Charger in half! I see a '69 Charger grille, I could use that passenger side grille bucket. I want that '70 Coronet! Poor cut up GTX. Also, next time you go back, could you please write down the vin numbers of the Dusters and Dart Sports for my registry?

The chevelle, 54 chevy flatbed, and 47 chevy flatbed are mine. The Javelin is my brothers, the 2 mustang are my dads, all of the ford truck are in a local junk yard. All of these cars ARE 4 sale. I know the owner of the junk yard very very well and he let me take these pics. I usually buy every old dodge car he gets as soon as the person that sold it to him drives off.

I'll try ang get those vin numbers if I find those cars again. This yard is not organized and there are cars everwhere. I marked most of the mopars I found with my GPS the second time I went, but I know there are cars in there that I haven't seen and some I probably won't find again. He has been collecting these cars for over 50 years and has a photographic memory, he can tell you about each car that he DROVE into the yard.
