I was looking at pictures of my car when my dad bought it back in 71. He had a good pick of the sill plate and it was not chrome or even as bright as it . Though it was brighter than it is now.

Alan, Next time you up my way drop off your sill plates & anything else you want to shine & I'll put the Bullitt touch to them.

Looking forward to a visit, let me know when your coming & maybe we can work out a lunch.
If you have satin what are you looking for?... if they just need straightening out I can do that to, then use a scotch bright pad to even out the finish.

They were all anodized originally. (shiny)
The anodize disappears with use / age & they become dull.
