Ready-set-Go, another diorama.
« on: April 03, 2009 - 08:26:51 PM »
It's still cold here in Idaho--in fact it is trying to snow some today and then be in the sixties by Sunday.   :clueless:   The good news is I just sent in some paperwork to get some money to finish the paint on my cuda and a few other items.   ;D   I need to stop playing with these dio's and get the garage cleaned up.  In the mean time here's the latest. It's not quite done as I need to put the names on the street signs (corner of Bent lane/ HWY 44) and redo the stripe on the hwy. I just did that with pinstripe tape to see if I liked it.  I need to add some figures also.  I want to get a old farmer guy standing by his shed watching the kids doing a little Saturday afternoon racing.  A small smile crosses his face as he thinks of the car that is hidden behind the doors of his shed.  I am going to build a pro street 70 Superbee wiith a dual quad hemi to put in the shed.  More of this later when I get it done.  Need to get outside in the sun and take some better pics.  As always these are a work in progress so all suggestions are welcome.  Thanks for looking.   Doug

Looks good!  How did you weather the tin roof and the wood on the building?

Another great job. Very realistic. :clapping:  Where in the world do you display all them?? They are so nice, It would be a shame to stick them in a box!
