I don't like to use the Beck name tied to this vehicle.....In truth, the car was owned by him for only a short time...The real credit goes to Dan Powell in OK. who bought the car from the orginal owner Ron Slobe of R&R salvage who has passed away.. This cuda was Ron's personal drag car from day one 1971 to 1977. Dan Powell bought the car from Ron's wife Kathy after he passed away and restored the car from top to bottom and only has 21'000 original miles on the odmeter. Beck actually bought the car for his wife in reality........but like I said....all the credit goes to Dan Powell for taking a piece of mopar history and putting her back on the road! To his credit , he has restored a handful of 71 cuda's in the past and has since sold all of them off to collectors. I keep in touch with often and I he has plans to build a 71 full Blown street cuda...Triple black with blown hemi...one word...Awesome!
