build date from vehicle order number ?

Can you tell the expected build date on a car from the vehicle order number and if so what does 106 040693 mean?

106 is the SPD - Scheduled Production Date - January 6th.

The SPD is the date they HOPED to build the car when the order first entered the system, it could have actually been made before or after the SPD.

As an example, my T/A has an SPD of 417, but the engine final assembly date is 422. So my car was built late, well after the SPD.
